Mr Jácome has worked in internationally accredited schools since 2012, actively taking part in accreditation and re-accreditation processes for the institutions he has worked with. His professional career spans 13 years, where he started as a Biology scientific researcher and later became an educator in K-12 schools, finding his true calling. He wishes to remain an eager life-long learner, consistently acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to impact the community he belongs to favourably.

He has managed and implemented different international curricular frameworks and led schoolwide processes of preparation and planning for STEM learning, embracing school growth by launching and executing plans to improve teaching and learning practices that foster positive relations between stakeholders, to maintain a nurturing school culture while promoting academic growth.
