Do you know how and when to grant a proxy for the General Assembly?
If you will not be able to attend the General Assembly on Wednesday, 18th March 2026 at 5:00 p.m., please remember that you may grant a proxy to another active member so that they can represent you during the session.
Who can grant a proxy?
Only active members, that is, those who, as of 28th February, were up to date with their financial obligations to the institution, may grant a proxy.
How do you grant a proxy?
The process is simple and consists of three steps:
- Download the proxy form that was previously sent, or click here to download it.
- Complete the document and ask the active member who will represent you (proxy holder) to access the proxy registration platform using the link and credentials sent to the institutional email on 9th March 2026 by Grupo Empresarial Nexos SAS.
- The active member who will represent you must scan the completed document and upload it to the platform, following the instructions provided there.
Until when can the proxy be registered?
The deadline to register the proxy is Friday, 13th March 2026.
