BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is the governing body responsible for defining the general policies, the strategy, the objectives, the monitoring of results, and all consistent with the administration of the Fundación Educativa de Inglaterra, as well as the intermediary between the General Assembly and the management.
The actions of the Board are subject to the guidelines established by the assembly, the statutes, the regulations and the Law.

The Board is comprised of active members of the community, elected by the General Assembly for a two-year term and may be re-elected for another two-year term. It currently comprises a total of ten (10) members; seven (7) of which are principal members and three (3) members are alternates.
