These are the recruitment process steps:

• Application: you apply for the vacancy by filling in the necessary fields in the form of the “Genomawork” platform and attaching your updated curriculum vitae.
• Psycho-technical tests: once you have filled in the application form, you will take, on the same platform, some psycho-technical tests that will complement our evaluation within the process. Once you have reviewed them, we will inform you of your progress in the selection process.
• Pre-selection: if we identify that you fit the profile we are looking for, we will invite you to expand on some details through a video interview by answering the questions we will indicate on the platform.
• Technical panel: At this point, you will be summoned to a virtual or face-to-face session, where you will have an interview with Human Resources, the vacancy manager and other stakeholders in the process.
• Technical test: If you pass the interviews, the next step is to sit a technical/practical test (depending on the vacancy for which you are applying) to assess your knowledge.
• Pre-entry: at this point, finalist candidates begin their entrance exams, security screening, referencing and document requests.
• Offer and hiring: if you passed the selection process, you will receive the offer letter via e-mail and if accepted, you will proceed to the signing of the contract, institutional documents and the on-boarding process.

NOTE: Throughout all these phases of the process, we will be in constant communication with you, via e-mail and/or phone call.

We will notify you of your progress throughout the process and if you are pre-selected we will give you all the indications for the psycho-technical tests, video interview, technical tests and interview sessions.
