The school transport service has been designed to put the student, his/her safety and his/her well-being as our priority, offering an efficient service of quality. The transport service is available for Bogotá, Chia, via La Calera, Cajicá, Cota, and via Briceño. To provide this service, we work with a transport company that follows all the current regulations and the school’s safety requirements

Each bus has a discipline assistant (supervisor), hired directly by the school, who is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of the students during the journey and for communicating any news directly to the parents and/or the school through a mobile phone.

Our transport office is available from 5:30 a.m. until the last drop-off. Additionally, the Ontrack app allows real-time monitoring of route paths, pickup and drop-off times, according to the settings established by parents in the app.

We provide two types of services:

– Home-school-home bus service (round-trip).
– Home-school or school-home (one way).

Outside of Bogotá:
– Home-school-home bus service (round-trip).
– Home-school or school-home (one way).

The contract stipulates that two addresses can be established for pickup and drop-off. We also offer door-to-door service for students of The English Nursery up to Jardin. This service depends on the accessibility to the student’s place of residence.

Early departure from school, extracurricular activities absences or if the student needs to take another bus, among others, must be duly informed and formalised before 11:00 a.m. of the day the permission is requested through the PermiTES platform. PermiTES is the institutional channel authorised to request these permissions and it is always available on the school’s website.

In the event of any new developments in the provision of the service, parents will be informed as soon as possible through the Ontrack app and SMS (text messaging) to the registered mobile phone.
